The proposed resolution of the working conditions of the municipal staff was approved in the last full month of January.
After 7 months of negotiations with union representatives CCOO (only union represented in the City Council) the proposal is approved with the votes in favor of Win Moratalla- PSOE and Izquierda Unida and the abstention of the Popular Party.
This agreement can be reached in a climate of cordiality with negotiation and representation of workers.
