The Governing Council has approved a proposal from the Ministry of Water, Agriculture and Environment, the expenditure for the implementation of the new industrial water treatment Otos, in the municipality of Moratalla, amounting to 461,603 euros, with the budgets of the Bank of cleansing and purifying (Esamur), for annuities 2015 and 2016.
Under the bill, to be awarded by open procedure and the deadline for initial execution is four months, the industrial water treatment will have an average capacity of 25 cubic meters per day and will allow rendering service to a population equivalent to 195 inhabitants.
The facility will have an innovative technology bioelectrogenetic bed, characterized by having a bed of anaerobic type made with conductive material that does not need electricity supply of electricity for the degradation of organic matter, and whose performance is far superior to a conventional bed.
