Published 19-11-2008 in BOE 1890/2008 Royal Decree of 14 November, by which

exterior and Supplementary Technical Instructions EA-01 EA-07.
From the onset of this Royal Decree are many companies which

doing "energy audits" to assess the level of compliance with this
Regulations and the general condition of public lighting facilities,
following the recommendations of the IDEA, even published a model for it.

lighting maintenance.

Service Management for Energy and Maintenance of Municipal Facilities
