As Councillor for Tourism Ayto de Moratalla, I answer the press release issued by the PSOE de Moratalla, referring to European Villages Project of the City Hall of Moratalla is a partner of the same.

Throughout this term is being devoted to torpedo Institutional Shares of the City and to promote a bad image of the town, now want to extend even to the European level.
These statements IS A DISRESPECT organizations that make up the partnership, the partnership who joined the PSOE and the change of government was ratified by the government of the People's Party, because we understood the importance of our town were visible in the European institutions (and participated in the previous term of the PP in the Robinwood project).
Being in Europe, and in the case of Villages in the Mediterranean area, brings benefits to the town, as disclosed on the outside and the bases of future interests, investments, partnerships, screening of local businesses, attraction of sitting tourism.
Also IS A DISRESPECT all associations and organizations that make up the working group voluntarily cooperating with the City, and which aims to improve the local tourism sector.
It has been decided that this collaboration has a component of tourism promotion, but in fact the aim is to encourage public participation and improve public policies and local governance.
I do not know why you PSOE is against this ideology.
The project was approved by the PSOE in the previous legislature, presumably budgets and knew what it was.
The former socialist councilor Tourism presented it at the Local Television Moratalla, as a great triumph of his party, praising the quality of the project that had been one of those who had obtained the highest score in the presentation.
Were supposed to also learn about the activities that were to be developed with the same and how are they going to spend the money, but apparently not.
Maybe the PSOE does know, but writing your press release has no idea, because you move other interests, yes, taking over all executive, structure, and the voters of that party (probably in the group working people of the PSOE's Villages, we, unlike this "gentleman", do not ask the cards when it comes to working with people).
So I'll explain a little budget and project actions, as it is "too busy" to attack me, on behalf of their constituents, to learn a bit before you speak.
The project budget is 1.7 million euros, but are 8 partners, the de Moratalla is around 150,000 euros.
The brochure is one of the deliverables of the project only cost about 600 euros of that budget, others are conducting various events in Moratalla (the second technical meeting with all partners was made here in Moratalla);
are preparing two other events for the coming months that will respectively present a local action plan and the final results of the project;
have selected ten best practices that make up the municipality, along with 40 other of the other participants, a database for use by members and the municipality;
are to develop more than half a dozen exchanges with other partners to test a new methodology for rural development called Countryside Exchange, which has been proven successful in Northern Europe and the United States;
is to establish a network involving all project partners and is intended to be extended in time and in other territories, beyond the duration of the project.
This network will clear advantages for the town as expand the knowledge of it in Europe.
The project, now criticize both from the PSOE, has been selected as one of the most innovative in Europe, including Interact selected as an example of international cooperation.
We received congratulations on the project both as self ENPI program from the University of Murcia UCAM regional government institutions, territorial cooperation group, office of the Region of Murcia in Brussels.
We have been asked to present the project as a success story in operum, UMU, in Europe Easy Days EU DG in the UCAM.
The working group has also collaborated critics in tourism studies SEF, have initiated collaborations with other European Projects in Murcia, as Proforbiomed ... must be that everyone seems good project unless the PSOE.

The other project partners also congratulated us for our work and our contributions and also the booklet, quite like the people who saw it.
So far we have met all our administrative, technical and financial obligations under the Project and have passed the relevant audits ... So, as the note says PSOE, Europe can be happy because we are doing the best they can despite to the serious socio-political situation of our partners in the South shore, they were delighted with Moratalla, maybe even now, the PSOE again proves that ANYTHING GOES to attack me and the organization I represent.
Even destroy relationships that the municipality can get with our neighbors, relations in the framework of this project are framed within the guidelines of the EUROPEAN NEIGHBOURHOOD POLICY and trying to just improve governance and the vicinity of the villages on both sides of Mediterranean
Remember that this project is funded 90 percent by the ENPI, which is the European Neighbourhood and Partnership, and ten percent provided by the municipality (about 15,000 euros), is justified with hours of work various municipal employees charged to the project, so COMES TO ZERO COST to city coffers.
I want to take to thank the PSOE to disseminate this booklet, but have done so with the "elegance" that characterizes them.
