Mayor Moratalla, Juan Llorente, presented the new eGovernment platform of the City.
During this ceremony, the mayor was accompanied by Victoria Martin, head of production company Dialogic Solutions, which has been commissioned to implement this platform.
The Mayor stressed the importance of this project, since by law, within two years, every administration has to be implemented DRM systems, ie the "eGovernment", which will allow you to perform all procedures telepathically, without which the citizen is present in the municipal offices.
To achieve this goal, the Mayor has stressed the need for efforts by the administration itself internally to adapt these processes, using standardized and compatible applications, where each and every one of the steps of a process consisting administrative, shall be clearly defined and identified previously responsible for them.
To do this, in addition to computer applications, City staff also has to adapt to this new way of working, which ultimately benefits us all, so that the Mayor has encouraged municipal workers to become involved in Using these new tools, and get in the shortest possible time all municipal administrative procedures can be performed via the Internet.
Finally, Juan Llorente has highlighted the importance of this first step of the implementation of a number of procedures developed jointly by the municipalities participating in the project, Beniel, Calasparra, Mula, San Javier, Elche and Moratalla, and now available to each, sharing experience and knowledge.
The mayor ended his speech by thanking the company Dialogic Solutions the work done, and city officials for their assistance in the design process and their involvement in the implementation thereof.
Digital Public Services is funded by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce through the Plan Avanza 2 along with five municipalities of the Community of Murcia, Beniel, Calasparra, Mula, San Javier and Moratalla, and City of Valencia , Elche, among those who carried out the joint development of all procedures available.

The service also includes the possibility of online payment that enables secure, pay through the website itself all those procedures that include municipal taxes.
By validating the electronic ID card or Certificate of the National Mint and Stamp guarantee the total security of data over the Internet.
It has also implemented a new electronic billing system that will enable suppliers to the City Council, send their bills via the Internet without any additional cost.
Moreover, the new system will offer the possibility of municipal courts Reserve through the Web and the availability of them.
Dialogic Solutions The company has been in charge of developing new applications available in the 6 municipalities that received the grant from the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
