On January 31, Moratalla City Council through the General Directorate of Irrigation and Rural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water of Murcia has started work on the adequacy of over 30 km of rural roads in the municipality of Moratalla.

Construction has begun in the parish of Sabine, the road known as LA Covaticas, way requested by local residents for years.

Also, within the action plan the City and the DG will carry out projects in the districts of San Juan, with the arrangement of 3 roads, 2 in Cañada de la Cruz, 1 Salmon and another 4 projects Moratalla a amount of 600,000 Euros.
