Last June 23, the Summer School in Moratalla began, a service that will be developed throughout the summer and will continue until the beginning of the new school year taking into account the needs of families and under the protection of LAW ORGANIZATION 3/2007, of 22 March, for the effective equality of women and men (CHAPTER II, Article 44. Rights of conciliation of personal, family and work life).
Through the programming designed by the Department of Education, Youth and Women, it is intended to make this playful-educational space an example of integration and recreation for children and youth during the holidays, where it is attended in this first period to a total of 43 Families and 56 children aged between 3 and 12 years.
The schedule of the Summer School is from 9am to 2pm, although to facilitate the incorporation of parents and mothers, from 8am to 9am a welcome space has been created.
In addition, there is also the dining option that is offered in the same facilities of the Summer School, so that would extend the hours of care to children until 15h.
Families who need to make use of the Summer School service for the following periods can pick up the registrations in the Moratalla Town Hall Registry and their doubts can be answered at the Centro de la Mujer (Calle Hogar del Pensionista s / n / 968 730 154).
