The "Competences in Emotional Intelligence" training is completed for the staff of the City Council of Moratalla and offered by the School of Training and Innovation of the Public Administration of the Region of Murcia.
With the objectives of knowing basic concepts of Emotional Intelligence, developing social skills to acquire an adequate competence in interpersonal relationships within the context of work and applying the basic concepts of positive psychology in problem solving, has been developed during the month Of June this training in the facilities of the Center of the Woman of the hand of Iñaki Irízar - Degree in Psychology;
Expert trainer in areas of leadership skills and communication skills.
Undoubtedly, a very interesting and enriching training that has provided the city's staff with new skills and abilities to positively establish interpersonal relationships and attention to citizenship.
