Last week workshops "Alzheimer / Caretakers" in Moratalla town and the districts of Benizar and Sabinar developed.
These workshops, sponsored by the Department of Social Policy City of Moratalla, gave beginning the same day that it was launching the campaign "Do not forget ... although I do not remember you."
The popularity of the workshops reflects the need to know more about this disease and how to deal with it, and the importance of making visible the work done by families and the urgent need for support from the institutions.
During the development of the workshops were many family members told their experience, which became tremendously enriching each session.
Such actions, in addition to a training and information are valuable reason for testimonials, tips and experiences shown.
From the Department of Social Policy, we encourage and show our support for all people living close this disease and thank them for contributing their experiences to raise awareness and support other families begin to live with Alzheimer's.
