The City of Moratalla, from the Department of Education, Culture and Women and the Equality Authority, will launch the Co-education workshop "Building the future in inequality."

The workshop, totally free, is aimed at school children from 8-10 years and be spread over 28 and June 30, from 17:00 to 18:30 in the auditorium of the Municipal Library.

The main objective is to inculcate awareness about the values of tolerance and equality and the division of responsibilities since childhood.

For this work roles and gender stereotypes, enhance reflection on the tasks and functions within the home and will be reported in female occupations and men.

This co-educational workshop is part of a wider context, within the various activities being carried out by the Agency for Equal Moratalla, and in this case to address the many challenges which are currently facing the education system as indispensable part of our society, multiculturalism, health education, environmental education, non-peer violence, co-education, equality ...

So, with this workshop, working explicitly coeducation, is to promote the equal education that is taught from the various socializing agents (family, school, media, ...), ie, teaching from children the importance of receiving an equal education regardless of whether we refer to a girl or a boy.

The Department of Education, Culture and Women and the Equality Authority invite all children from 8 to 10 years to enroll in this activity equally with the conviction that among all of we can build an education for all.
