The Ministry of Development and Infrastructure this year will allocate a total of 100,000 euros to the drafting of the project of adaptation and improvement of the safety of the regional road that runs through the moratalleras districts of Benizar, Otos and Mazuza.
This was announced today by the General Director of Roads, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, during his visit to the neighbors of these districts who must transfer the land to carry out the improvement works on a seven-kilometer stretch.
He stressed that the regional Executive has as a priority to defend equality between territories and access to public services for all under the same conditions as an element to avoid depopulation.
He recalled that the regional administration already allocated 235,447 euros to fix another section of this same road RM-B30.
The regional official informed that he has asked the people in charge of the Community of Castilla-La Mancha to improve the road that connects the municipality of Socovos (CM-3217) with the road network of the Region of Murcia "because it is located in very bad condition and is widely used by the residents of the highlands of Moratalla ".
"From the regional government we consider it vitally important for the inhabitants of these districts that a conservation action be carried out on only three kilometers in the province of Albacete, and that is why we request the intervention of the La Mancha authorities," explained Fernández Lladó.
