The last month of competition for the Running Challenge 2017/18 faced this Sunday the penultimate date of the calendar, 20th in the popular racing circuit of the Region of Murcia.

This would be on the occasion of the VIII Urban Popular Race, VII Women's Race and V Walk in Urban Route of Moratalla "LA VILLA" counting one more year as the place of departure and goal near the Parque Eugenio Ruiz de Amoraga, under the organization of the CD Moratalla Filippedes and the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, with the collaboration of the Hon.

3rd in goal and 1st senior finished Rafael López, finishing in 37:10.

In the women's section added a new triumph the athlete of the Alcaraz Group Beatriz Ríos, equally victorious in veterans F40 culminating in 44:30, ahead of the 1st F45 Mar Gómez, Rajaos Runners Sewer, at 45:46, being 3rd of the general and 1st F50 Josefa Muñoz, from Fondistas de Alcantarilla, in 47:54.

As regards the 6km race, the fastest man was Rajaos Runners Races Alcantarilla Zacarías Rqiq Iglesias (19:21), followed by Rubén Montoya (21:17) and Eduardo Gómez, from Mountain Northwest (21:58).

In females, Carmen del Carmen Novelda athlete Andrea Rodríguez (25:38) won, followed by Raquel María Martínez (25:46) and Belén García, from AC Vinos DOP Jumilla (28:09).

There would also be special recognitions for the fastest clubs, with victory for Rajaos Runners in the women's section, followed by Blade Runners Calasparra.

It was imposed by the masculine side Fondistas de Yecla, followed by AC Vinos DOP Jumilla and Rajaos Runners Alcantarilla.
