Win Moratalla-IU abstained in April plenary in the approval of the projects for the works and services plan for 2018 and 2019. And it does so for important reasons, especially for the defense of the interests and rights of the citizenship.

For this municipal group, the PSOE does not make decisions in a participatory manner but imposes its criteria not only on the rest of the political forces but on the people of Moratalla and its districts.

With a government of Ganar Moratalla-IU, decisions were taken on the projects for the works and services plan of 2017 through a citizen participation process in which 66.6% of the grant awarded was decided, a pioneering process in Moratalla and that served as an example for other municipalities in the Region of Murcia.

A series of works was decided with the collaboration of the associations of neighbors, the pedáneas and pedáneas, through the social networks and of citizen assemblies.

Subsequently, they were put to vote in three separate blocks: paving public roads that obtained 67.86% of the budget, public parks and equipment 19.64% and public lighting 12.5%.

We said that we would govern for the people and with the people and we fulfilled it.

And we also said that the citizenship of districts has the same rights and that they need a greater investment to favor a better quality of life.

To Win Moratalla-IU the distribution of the works and the budget, of the current government team is clearly a discrimination to the districts of Moratalla, clearly harmed in the projects prepared by the PSOE government.

Decisions are made based on real and urgent needs not based on the number of voters in the population to be served.

The spokesman of Win Moratalla-IU expressed misgivings about the "inclusion of projects of works that according to the legislation must be undertaken by the promoters of the works".

We criticize in a very clear way the "delay in the works and works plan of 2017, decision taken by Councilman Luis Egea with the intention of delinking the works of the government of Ganar Moratalla-IU and hanging the stripes".

With this intention they still do not execute: playground in the garden of the memory in Moratalla, rubber pavement and delimitation with fence in the main square of the Sabinar or the planned streets;

none of the foreseen actions of lighting, pavement as well as in the playground in the Calar de la Santa, has not been carried out the renovation of the sidewalk to the pool in Benizar ...

We ask the PSOE that the time used to claim merits from others is used to execute the plan approved by the citizenship that is diminishing their rights for party interests.

You can also use the time to return to the town the social emergency plan that alleviated and much the situation of the families of Moratalla and districts.

Mr. Master, we assure you that the people do not eat concrete.
